Music and Inspiration.

My writing, as anyone who follows me on Wattpad will know, is heavily influenced by music. I'm a self confessed musicaholic (I think there ought to be an actual definition for this) and cannot get through the day without my fix.

My tastes are eclectic and wide ranging but whatever it is, it's usually loud.

A few recent obsessions are, The Neighbourhood, Vast, The Used, MCR and Panic! At the Disco.

Old favourites remain however, Florence + The Machine are my 'go to' listening when I need inspiration. The Key to Erebus was heavily influenced by the 'Lungs' album and much of my subsequent work, including the Dark series has been done with 'Ceremonials' playing in the background.

Lana Del Rey is also up there along with Alter Bridge, NIN, Imagine Dragons, Linkin Park and of course Evanescence, there is really no one quite like them for getting in the mood for the big emotional scenes.
