As a life long fan of Jane Austen and Georgette Heyer, Regency England has always held me spell bound.

The elegant world they inhabited is fascinating, as are the clothes, the rules of propriety and the restrictions faced by women in every walk of life, where they are considered as little more than the property of their fathers or husbands.

In my works the heroines may find themselves in rather hotter water - in all senses of the phrase - than my literary heroines would have considered, and would have no doubt put Austen or Heyer to the blush!

Sexy, tumultuous and desperately romantic, Rogues and Gentlemen will have you wishing for your own pirate, smuggler, Earl or Duke to carry you off into the past.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Read!!
This is the first book by Emma V. Leech I have read, and it will not be the last. She really meets all the criteria I hope for when looking for a captivating story. The romance is sweet, the storyline exciting, and I smiled a lot. The ending has a suprising and delightful twist. Be sure to read it.
